PLAYSKOOL® FEATURED TOYS OF THE MONTH CONTEST
OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY OR CONSIDERATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

HOW TO ENTER
To enter the PLAYSKOOL® Featured Toys of the Month Contest (the "Contest"), visit www.treehousetv.com from Monday, March 31, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") to Monday, December 29, 2008 at 9:59 a.m. ET (the "Contest Period"). Complete the online entry form by filling in your full name, mailing address with postal code, age and telephone number to be eligible to win. Then submit the entry form by clicking on the "Enter" button. There are a total of nine (9) monthly entry deadlines as outlined within the Draw section below. Entries must be received on or before a scheduled entry deadline in order to be eligible for that month's draw. Entries are not valid for any other draw in this contest other than the month in which it was received. In order to enter into each month's draw, you must enter at least once before that month's entry deadline.

Maximum of one (1) entry per person, per day.

Any other attempted email or Internet entry is void. If it is discovered that an entrant has attempted to enter more than one (1) time per day, the entrant will be disqualified from the Contest. Corus Entertainment Inc. ("Treehouse TV"), (the "Sponsor") also reserves the right to disqualify such contestants from further contests conducted by Sponsor without further notice.

A fully completed and submitted online entry form, including parental consent, where applicable, will constitute one (1) entry into the monthly draw for the month during which the entry is received. Entries must be received by Sponsor by each scheduled monthly entry deadline to be eligible for each monthly draw. Proof of sending entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt.

All entrants under the age of 13, must have the consent of his/her parent or legal guardian to submit his/her personal information in order to enter the Contest. The parent or legal guardian must complete all the required fields on the relevant portion of the web entry form, including his/her name and address. If a parent or legal guardian does not provide consent, the entry will be disqualified.

Contest closes Monday, December 29th, 2008 at 9:59 a.m. ET (the "Contest Closing Date").

ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to individuals who are residents of Canada, except residents of Quebec who are under the age of Thirteen (13) are not eligible, and located in Canada at the time of entry except employees, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor, its parent, related and affiliated companies, prize suppliers, advertising and promotional agencies and the independent judging organization, and all persons residing with these persons. By entering the Contest, entrants agree to abide by the Contest Rules and all decisions of the independent judging organization, which shall be final and binding on all entrants in all matters relating to the Contest. The Contest is governed by Canadian law and is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. Contest void where prohibited by law.

In order to be eligible to win a prize, entrants must comply with these Contest Rules.

PRIZES
A total of forty-five (45) prizes will be awarded (five (5) per month) as follows:

APRIL PRIZES
Five (5) PLAYSKOOL prize packs are available to be won in the month of April. Approximate minimum retail value for each April PLAYSKOOL prize pack is $19.99 CDN.

MAY PRIZES
Five (5) PLAYSKOOL prize packs are available to be won in the month of May. Approximate minimum retail value for each May PLAYSKOOL prize pack is $19.99 CDN.

JUNE PRIZES
Five (5) PLAYSKOOL prize packs are available to be won in the month of June. Approximate minimum retail value for each June PLAYSKOOL prize pack is $19.99 CDN.

JULY PRIZES
Five (5) PLAYSKOOL prize packs are available to be won in the month of July. Approximate minimum retail value for each July PLAYSKOOL prize pack is $19.99 CDN.

AUGUST PRIZES
Five (5) PLAYSKOOL prize packs are available to be won in the month of August. Approximate minimum retail value for each August PLAYSKOOL prize pack is $19.99 CDN.

SEPTEMBER PRIZES
Five (5) PLAYSKOOL prize packs are available to be won in the month of September. Approximate minimum retail value for each September PLAYSKOOL prize pack is $19.99 CDN.

OCTOBER PRIZES
Five (5) PLAYSKOOL prize packs are available to be won in the month of October. Approximate minimum retail value for each October PLAYSKOOL prize pack is $19.99 CDN.

NOVEMBER PRIZES
Five (5) PLAYSKOOL prize packs are available to be won in the month of November. Approximate minimum retail value for each November PLAYSKOOL prize pack is $19.99 CDN.

DECEMBER PRIZES
Five (5) PLAYSKOOL prize packs are available to be won in the month of December. Approximate minimum retail value for each December PLAYSKOOL prize pack is $19.99 CDN.

DRAW
Random draws from all eligible entries received each month by the monthly entry deadline will be made to award each month's prize packs. The monthly draws to award the prize packs will take place in Toronto, Ontario on the draw dates outlined below:

Chances of winning a prize in the Contest are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received for each monthly draw. Maximum one (1) prize per person, e-mail address and per household.

A list of winners will be available on www.treehousetv.com once the prize packs have been claimed. Selected entrant (or their parent/legal guardian if a minor) will be notified by regular mail at the mailing address indicated on the selected entry. In order to win a prize, selected entrant (or their parent/legal guardian) will be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by mail.

If the selected entrant or their parent/legal guardian for the prize cannot be contacted and the skill-testing question cannot be administered after two (2) attempts within ten (10) business days of the monthly draw date, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate entrant. An alternate entrant will be selected in the same manner by random draw taken from the remaining pool of entries for each month. Selected entrant (or their parent/legal guardian) including alternate entrant will also be required to sign and return a Declaration and Release Form, which, among other things, releases the Sponsor from all liability related to the selected entrant's participation in the Contest and the use or misuse of any prize. In the case of a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian must sign the Declaration and Release documents and accept the prize on the selected entrant's behalf. All documents must be received by the Sponsors within ten (10) days of the date indicated on the Declaration and Release form or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant.

Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions, whether in cash or otherwise. Prizes will be delivered to the confirmed winners' addresses as shown on their entries within 6 to 8 weeks. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if for any reason a prize cannot be awarded as described. By accepting a prize, each winner (or their parent/legal guardian) agrees to the use of the winner's name, city of residence, photograph and/or other likeness in any related publicity in any medium, including presence on the Sponsor's website, without further compensation or permission, worldwide and in perpetuity. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty that any identification, videotape, photograph and/or likeness of any winners will be broadcast or used otherwise in any manner.

CONSENT TO COLLECTION, USE AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
By entering the Contest electronically and voluntarily providing his/her personal information, each entrant and/or his/her parent and/or legal guardian consent(s) and agree(s) to the Sponsor's collection, use, and disclosure of the entrant's personal information for the purpose of administering the Contest, including contacting any entrant/entrant's parent/legal guardian in relation to the Contest and disclosing the list of winners. Sponsor will not use an entrant's personal information for any other reason, nor will the Sponsor otherwise disclose an entrant's personal information to any third party. See Treehouse TV's online privacy policy at http://treehousetv.com/content/privacy.aspx for information on how personal information received in respect of the Contest is handled. Any questions regarding Sponsor's privacy policy (i.e., the Treehouse TV privacy policy) and/or treatment of an entrant's personal information should be directed to Treehouse TV's Privacy Manager, G. FOR RESIDENTS OF QUÉBEC
Any litigation respecting the conduct or administration of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (the "Régie") for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

MISCELLANEOUS
By participating in this Contest, entrants and entrant's parent/legal guardian if applicable, acknowledge compliance with, and agree to be bound by, these Contest Rules and Regulations, including eligibility requirements. Entrants (and their parent/legal guardian) release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent, related and affiliated companies, subsidiaries, members, dealers, advertisers, franchisees, promotional agencies and each of their respective directors, successors, sponsors, partners, prize suppliers, licensees, officers, subsidiaries, agents, employees, advisors, assignees, and all others associated with the development and execution of the Contest, from and against any and all manner of action, causes of action, suits, debts, covenants, contracts, claims and demands, including legal fees and expenses, whatsoever, including but not limited to, claims based on negligence, breach of contract and fundamental breach and liability for physical injury, personal injury, death, or property damage which the entrants or his/her administrators, heirs, successors or assigns might have or could have, by reason of or arising out of an entrant's participation in the Contest and/or in connection with the awarding, use and/or misuse by an entrant of a prize. Each selected entrant (or their parent/legal guardian) will be required to sign an official Declaration and Release Form as applicable to this effect.


All entries become the property of the Sponsor upon receipt and will not be returned and no correspondence will be entered into except with selected entrants. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, any failure of the website during the Contest Period or for any problems or technical malfunction of a telephone or broadcast network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail, on-line, or Internet entry to be received by the Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof that may affect an individual's ability to participate in the Contest, or for any injury or damage to any person or to an entrant's or any other person's computer or property related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in connection with the Contest.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, subject to the approval of the RACJ, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this Contest should (in its sole discretion) any virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, human error, technical malfunction, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest will render any entry or entries submitted by that individual void and may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, incomplete, garbled, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the winning entry will be deemed to be made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address in question.

RELEASE
By entering the Contest, entrants (and entrant's parent/legal guardian if applicable) agree that the Sponsor shall not be responsible or liable for any losses or injuries of any kind resulting from participating in the Contest or acceptance, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize and agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent, related and affiliated companies, their respective officers, directors, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and prize suppliers from all claims or damages arising out of entrant's participation in the Contest and/or acceptance, use or misuse of any prize.

Hasbro Canada Corp. is a supplier of prizes and is not a sponsor of the Contest.
